The Cluster Finance Council meets regularly to advise and give direction concerning financial issues affecting the Portland Peninsula & Island Parishes. This encompasses budget planning, fundraising, and property maintenance. This council is made up of two parish representatives from each of the five parishes. The Rector/Pastor, Parochial Vicar(s), and Business Coordinator serve as ex officio members of the Cluster Finance Council.
